Buy me NOTHING THAT IS PINK. Anything bought specifically for trolling purposes is going direct to M's sister Norka.
My personal colour inclinations are strongly towards black, cobalt, hunter green, pure white, forest green, dark brown, teal, cool greys and desaturated green. I wear a lot of blue and turquoise because they're easier to find than the greens I really like.
That said, I love fall motifs and the color palette associated there: burnt oranges, evergreens, harvest browns, rusty browns, golds, wheat sepias, etc.
My birthday is 5th January. I like birthday presents. This can include random delivery of bubble tea or a wee collection of foiled glass beads*. Or fourpacks of imported ciders like Strongbow or Foundry.
*: example, example 2; other names for this style can include Venetian or murano glass. I prefer the flattened ones that do translucent colour over gold or silver. If you got me a matched set I might make earrings at some point.
Basically, you don't have to break the bank to find something I'll like. I've tried for a mix of affordable and somewhat less affordable* on the list. If nothing else, Amazon's prices for used books can be kind of terrifying. O.o;
*: what Scotch habit?
( 2013 list under the cut. :) )

Just in case, there's a broad Shopping For Taes entry. Previous wishlists and the broad list, and this list, can be found under the 'acquistive glee' tag.
