I'm pretty sure it's new, so no apologies needed. I think what's going on is that if you pile up enough death-aligned metal together, it can appear to be a human death if you're operating by sense-of-other-deaths (so 'in that building, upstairs' as opposed to visual confirmation), and they're trying to rig decoys/bait. But are having problems finding enough appropriate metal to actually build decoys for people's expectations of their group's power presentation when at home/not actively fighting or trying to hide.
