i like braids, but considering that i spent at least an hour every other day of my childhood getting my hair done, and i haven't had them since i was 13---you couldn't pay me enough to sit still and have it done again. much too owie.
btw!! we got the rest of the shiny noise and there is great general Delight and Bouncing. prepare to have that rewarded by a display of our own.
Heh. It used to take longer--my hair was elbow length the first time we tried it--but there were also two people starting braids, instead of just one. Curse ~aenid for fleeing to Portland.
